At long last – we did this little off-trail gem.
Around 2.5 miles up – this sharp feature catches your eye more than perhaps south moat does in the area. It features a well defined ridge – with a large cliff band on one side and impossibly steep on the other.

It was a nice snow fall for the climb down
near the western cliff bands

Terraced and frozen. We did perhaps ¾ mile of walking on this frozen stream.
We followed this stream – as a marker. Walked right on it.
